Children’s Dental Health Month is almost here, and we couldn’t think of a better time to celebrate the teachers and school staff who help our kids grow every day!
Whether they’ve helped you learn to read, cheered you on through a tough season, or simply made school a happier place, Scenic City Orthodontics wants to hear all the reasons your teacher rocks.
How to Nominate
Nominate your favorite elementary school teacher by filling out the quick form below. It only takes a minute, and anyone can enter: patients, parents, friends, and community members! All elementary teachers from public schools, private schools, and homeschool co-ops are eligible to be nominated.
What They’ll Win
Each winning teacher will receive:
- A pizza party and a fun Orthodontic Health presentation for their class
- A $200 Amazon gift card for the teacher
