Thank you for your interest in Girl Scout Day 2026 at Scenic City Orthodontics! Please complete the form below to RSVP for this exciting annual event, where your Girl Scouts can earn a Smile Education badge and enjoy some learning, fun, and (of course) selling cookies! We encourage parents and guardians to come with their Girl Scouts if possible.

REQUEST TIME SLOT

Please choose your preferred 30-minute time slot below. Slots are available from 10:00 AM to 2:15 PM and are limited, so be sure to RSVP early to secure your troop’s spot!

Please arrive at your scheduled time slot. If your troop arrives early, you’re welcome to wait outside (or in your car) until the previous group finishes so we can keep the experience running smoothly for everyone.

As a thank-you for attending, Scenic City Orthodontics will buy 3 boxes of cookies per Girl Scout who attends in uniform.
